Delivery Information

We deliver to business customers and individuals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

All orders are delivered to the delivery address provided under DDP terms. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, an order will be held pending confirmation of the delivery address by the customer.

• Products shown on the website as being eligible for Flat Shipping are solely determined by the Company. The list of eligible products can be changed by the Company at any time.
• Any product eligible for Flat Shipping will be ineligible for this promotion if the total quantity of that product being ordered exceeds 5 lbs by either gross or dimensional weight. In such circumstances, Economy or Express shipping rates would apply on the purchase.
• In the case of multiple line items being purchased, all the products being purchased must be eligible for Flat Shipping in order to have Flat Shipping applied to the order. If any of the line items are ineligible for Flat Shipping, the entire shopping cart would then be deemed ineligible for Flat Shipping. In that case, Economy or Express shipping rates would apply on the purchase
• Products excluded from Flat Shipping include, but are not limited to, items with any dimension exceeding 2 meters, any item requiring a pallet or export crate for transport, hazardous items (including items with lithium-ion batteries) and heavy or bulky items such as ladders, cabinets, etc.
• Flat Shipping is only available for orders completed on https://www.raptorsupplies.de

All shipments are covered by third-party insurance offered by our courier partners. This insurance covers shipments lost or damaged during transit. Please note: any damage or missing item claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

Orders are delivered either via courier (FedEx, TNT, or DPD) or road freight if the item is bulky and requires transport on a pallet. For road freight shipments, POD documentation will be provided after delivery. We also offer an EXW pickup option from our US warehouse for those customers who require faster shipment or who prefer to use their courier account.
